Hi. I'm Steve Knight – owner of Customer-Centric. I’m an enthusiastic mechanical engineering and business tutor that loves to keep learning (and you’re never too old to learn).

I’ve been teaching and mentoring people over the age of sixteen in the classroom and one-on-one for many years, including people seeking employment and those who are now retired; these people love to learn how to use tablet PC's and download apps.
